We’ll talk about how does one become an experienced UX designer in a world with practically no formal education for the job, discuss the usual misconceptions about the field, share some real-world experience with clients in different stages of UX adoption and generally touch upon all things UX.

The Tech Talks is designed as an inspiring light talk between our colleagues on exciting topics. This time your host will be Borivoje Kovač, Delivery Manager at Endava, and his guest Vanja Stojić, UX/UI Designer at Endava.
Vanja Stojić is User Experience and Interface Designer with a history of working in the digital industry. As a designer with graphic & web background, she completed multiple design projects for different clients. She is an expert in building a product’s user experience from the ground up focusing on the user as well as business strategy and goals. Her preferred areas of projects are Discovery and Tracking.
Borivoje Kovač is a Delivery Manager with twenty years of experience in software development and management. Held positions of development manager for a nation-wide telco, program manager for a significant regional software vendor specializing in business intelligence solutions for financial institutions, co-founder of a start-up and architect and lead developer on several information systems. Illustration and game development enthusiast. He is currently managing regionally dispersed agile teams working for a UK based fintech leader.
